Manteo Marine Policies

• Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is Manteo Marine's top priority. All parts and accessories are returnable, with the exception of electronics. There is no restocking fee for returned parts and accessories, however we ask that you return merchandise within a reasonable time frame. Manteo Marine accepts parts for return that are in "like-new" condition, and defective parts still under manufacture's warranty.

 If you require a part or accessory not included in our inventory, we can special order it for you. Special Orders are not returnable, and a deposit is required.

The seasoned staff of Manteo Marine takes pride in the quality of service they provide, for their customers. Manteo Marine will help you select a product, that will meet your boating requirements and your budget requirements. Because they care, Manteo Marine strives to utilize their experience and knowledge of the boating industry to satisfy their customers.

 The knowledgeable staff is available regularly from 8 am to 5 pm - Monday to Friday, and on Saturday from 9 to 12 pm. Customer service is available by special appointment in the evening or on weekends to ensure that the needs of every customer will be met.

A private company owned boat ramp located on the premises, provides access to the Shallowbag Bay. This enables the customer to evaluate the performance of the product before making a purchase - "ride before you buy" With this unique test-drive accessibility, the customer is able to know beforehand what they investing in...

Manteo Marine is closely affiliated with the local Coast Guard Artillery, and the North Carolina Wildlife Resource Officers. Personal in both organizations are respected instructors of boat handling and boating skills. Manteo Marine's service includes referrals for boating instruction for customers who would like to take a course.
