Pattern-cut biaxial fabrics ensure that the craft is better balanced for better handling. Meanwhile, our laminate is Kevlar®-reinforced. Imagine that, the very same material used in bulletproof vests is lining our hulls. Can you say, "three times tougher than steel?"     Structural Grid System Every Vector™ and Bay Bolt™ hull is built with our unique Integrated Structural Grid System. Constructed of fiberglass and filled with urethane foam, this system is stronger, quieter and more durable than traditional wood stringers. Precision-fitted and bonded to the hull and deck, our system uses a methacrylate structural adhesive similar to the stuff used on skyscrapers and supersonic jet fighters. Our poured ceramic transom offers a totally unitized structure, ensuring that torque loads are distributed more evenly. A. Integrated forward bulkhead strengthens and stiffens bow area. B. 4" wiring chases allow easy addition of electronics and protect wiring from chafing and abrasion. C. Strategically placed drains ensure water is not trapped in bilge areas. D. Packed with foam, the Integrated Structural Grid System is stronger, quieter and more durable in saltwater.   E. Every hull is laminated by hand using premium gelcoat, pattern-cut biaxial fabric and woven roving.     F. High-density poured ceramic transom is an integral part of the system, distributing torque loads evenly and preventing moisture.     G.
